Together we will identify your specific wellness concerns, goals and motivations for healthy living, and develop a structured plan based on the pillars of lifestyle medicine. There is also the ability to add on a pantry reset, grocery store tour, and/or a cooking basics class at a reduced cost. Sessions will be available for booking in 2023!
