With guidance and accountability each step of the way, you'll develop your own vision of wellness and then create and implement a plan to make that vision a reality. This may include more physical activity or nutritious meals, getting more sleep, or finding ways to reduce stress and burnout. Most people work on multiple components to embody their full wellness vision, but that decision ultimately relies on you.


What it looks like
Wellness coaching starts with an initial session lasting about 90 minutes, where we delve into your dreams and motivators for your wellbeing. We then develop your personalized wellness vision and plan, with specific goals you'll set in motion.
After the initial session, we usually meet weekly (though this is customizable based on your schedule and needs) for 30 minute sessions to review progress, discuss challenges, and adjust goals.
