I offer fun, interactive nutrition and cooking classes as a Food for Life instructor, both publicly and to private groups. Classes can be virtual or in person. Please reach out if you're interested in booking a class or series in your home or business!
"I started to walk with WWAD a few months ago. I started walking as an exercise in 2019 after a medical procedure, to increase my mobility. I mostly walked alone. WWAD not only provides encouragement to continue walking and improving my physical health but allows and encourages me to interact with the other participants in the group. Members in the group range in age., young and old, walk at their own pace. Dr. Marie provides guidance in proper nutrition, and stresses that it isn't how far or fast you go, but that you make the effort. She answers any medical or nutritional questions. I can be found walking many different trails/paths in Harford County (2 to 3 times a week). I always look forward to WWAD, Dr. Marie, and the cameraderie of group.
