Food for Life Classes
I am excited to partner with Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine as a licensed Food for Life instructor, to teach people just how easy it can be to prepare healthy, whole food, plant-based meals! I offer public cooking classes, as well as private classes for individuals, small groups/organizations, and to businesses as part of corporate wellness programs. Classes can be virtual over Zoom, or in person. Contact me for info on booking private classes!
