You already know that what you eat and how you move matters. But between the noise of conflicting nutrition advice, the demands of daily life, and the frustration of changes that never quite stick, knowing where to start — and how to keep going — is the real challenge. That's exactly where coaching comes in.
This is your time to get clear on what wellness truly means for you, and to build a plan around your life, your priorities, and your why. Together we'll explore the areas that matter most — whether that's nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, or simply finding more energy and joy in your days — and create a realistic, personalized roadmap to get you there. Progress happens at your pace, with guidance and accountability every step of the way.
We begin with a 90-minute initial session where we take a deeper look at your health goals, your motivators, and what has or hasn't worked for you in the past. From there, we build your personalized wellness vision and set your first goals into motion.
Following that session, we typically meet weekly for 30-minute check-ins to celebrate progress, work through challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. Sessions are flexible and can be customized to fit your schedule.

Food for Life Classes As a certified Food for Life instructor through the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM), I teach a research-backed curriculum that connects nutrition science directly to your kitchen. These classes are a wonderful introduction to the evidence behind plant-forward eating and how to make it work in real life.
Custom Classes Looking for something tailored to your group, organization, or specific health goals? I create custom classes to fit your needs — whether that's a corporate wellness workshop, a private session for a small group, or a deep dive into a topic you're curious about.
