Food for Life Classes As a certified Food for Life instructor through the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM), I teach a research-backed curriculum that connects nutrition science directly to your kitchen. These classes are a wonderful introduction to the evidence behind plant-forward eating and how to make it work in real life.

Custom Classes Looking for something tailored to your group, organization, or specific health goals? I create custom classes to fit your needs — whether that's a corporate wellness workshop, a private session for a small group, or a deep dive into a topic you're curious about.
